The Hearts you make from the 27on1 mould will each measure just over 1" x 1" (27mm x 26mm) and they will be just under ¼" (6mm) deep, and the Hearts you make from the 48on1 mould will each measure just under 1" x ¾" (25mm x 21mm) and they will be just over ¼" (6mm) deep.
