Due to unexpected family circumstances we've had to TEMPORARILY close. I'm afraid that we don't know for how long. Meanwhile, we do have some stock at Amazon which they can still send out, so feel free to have a look at our selection here:

All the info below is from before I had to close, however it will still apply once we're open again, so please take a moment to have a read.
ONE MORE THING:
ALL ORDERS THAT WERE MADE BEFORE WE CLOSED HAVE BEEN SENT OUT TO YOU.
We are still taking orders and sending them out. PLEASE NOTE though that we are only sending orders within the U.K. and we've temporarily removed any international delivery types from the checkout process.
We've also removed any enhanced UK postage types because Royal Mail have informed us that even Special Delivery isn't guaranteed to arrive as quickly as it normally would. Our UK ECONOMY postage option is sent out by 2nd Class Parcel Post.
We don't actually hold much stock but instead we make your order once you've placed it. For most small orders we can make and send out the same working day if you place your order early enough. Larger orders will of course take longer to make and pack.
Our post is collected at approximately 1pm, so any orders placed after ABOUT 11am probably won't be sent out until the following working day. Please take this into account - especially if you order on a Friday afternoon, meaning that the order won't be processed until the following Monday.
Royal Mail seem to be lagging behind with getting orders delivered. There are apparently some delays in certain areas where Royal Mail have high levels of staff absences, so I would err on the side of caution and advise not to expect your orders as quickly as usual.
Please keep an eye on Royal Mail's "Changes To services" web page for information about the disruptions they might be experiencing. You'll find it HERE
If I learn anything more definite I'll update this page.
Just in case you haven't seen our recent update about PETG shortages, please see THIS PAGE for further details. I've also added the info from that page below:
SHORTAGE OF TRANSPARENT PETG PLASTIC
As you will know, during the present Covid crisis there is a worldwide need for transparent PETG plastic. This is being used to make Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the NHS and care sectors. It's also being used to make protective barriers for public places. For us that means we can't source any of this type of plastic FOR THE TIME BEING. I think it's a good thing though that the PETG is being directed towards the right places.
Our chocolate and soap moulds are made from PETG and we will soon run out of the stock we use to make the moulds.
THIS ONLY APPLIES TO OUR TRANSPARENT MOULDS!! The white ABS plastic we use for our concrete moulds is readily available and we can continue to supply those types of moulds.
You will have noticed that a lot of these types of moulds are showing as OUT OF STOCK. Over the next few days and weeks I'll be counting any ready made stock I already have and I'll be updating those products with the relevant stock quantity levels.
Our PETG plastic suppliers have advised us that we MIGHT be back to normal around November this year. When that happens we'll be able to offer all of our moulds for sale again as usual. If anything changes in the meantime I'll update this page.
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:
If you're after SOAP, BATH BOMB or PLASTER MOULDS, then I can make some of the larger designs from the white ABS plastic. If your desired mould is showing as out of stock please email us to check if we can make them for you.
Our white ABS plastic IS NOT FOOD GRADE plastic, so we can't make chocolate moulds for you from this type of plastic.
WE CAN STILL SUPPLY ALL THE MOULDS IN THE CONCRETE MOULDS CATEGORIES!! Please keep on ordering loads of those!! :-)
Please bear with us during this testing time. I'll try my best to answer any emails as soon as possible, but as you can imagine we are receiving quite a lot of emails at the moment!
I wish you all good health and I'm looking forward to when this is all over!!!
Stay safe everyone.
